Having trouble seeing part of your My Page, or another area of our site?
While we've engineered My Way to be compatible with numerous
software products, some versions and configurations of Internet security
or personal firewall software can interfere with accessing our site and
its features. If you're using Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm Pro,
Webwasher, or other similar products, and are having a problem with one
of our features, please try turning off the product temporarily to see
if it is the cause. If so, please refer to the product's documentation
to determine if it can be configured to allow us to set cookies (needed
to store your sign-in information and customize the site) or to allow
for "javascript". This should enable you to take advantage of all of
our features.
If you've found a product that is interfering with using our site, and
are having difficulty configuring it, please send us a message. Please
include the product name and version, the problem it causes with our
site, and the name and version of the Web browser you're using, so we
can investigate further.
